The Final 13
36 girls started out the casting process with a series of pose-offs and an interview from Miss J, Mr. Jay, and Tyra Banks. After the initial screening the girls were lead to a dressing station with a rack holding 20 photos. These 20 photos will determine the 20 contestants that will still be in the running for America's Next Top Model Cycle 5.
Order of Call-out: Cassandra Whitehead, Nik Pace, Kyle Kavanagh, Ashley Black, Bre Scullark, Kim Stolz, Sarah Rhoades, Jayla Rubinelli, Coryn Woitel, Nicole Linkletter, Diane Hernandez, Lisa D'Amato, Ebony Taylor
Note: Once again, there were girls that looked really good, even better than the other 13 girls. This season is where I started to realize that this reality show is more focused on the drama of the girls other than talent. A lot of girls with really good potential didn't make it, but then again, who am I to complain? this is after all a rigged reality show. And speaking of forced dramatization and fakery, Tyra Banks call the shots.
